Zowie Service Menu

You can use the Zowie (BenQ) service menu, for such things as a total factory reset . In this mode you must be careful as you can cause irreparable damage to your LCD.

LCD Service Menu

Method 1

1. Make sure the monitor is connected to a valid signal.
2. Turn off the monitor.
3. Turn on the monitor whilst holding the 4th button from the left.
4. You will now be in service mode.

Method 2

1. Make sure the monitor is connected to a valid signal.
2. Turn off the monitor.
3. Turn on the monitor whilst holding the 2nd button from the left.
4. Once the monitor is on press the 2nd button once to enter service mode.

Method 3

1. Make sure the monitor is connected to a valid signal.
2. Turn off the monitor.
3. Turn on the monitor whilst holding the 2nd button from the left.
4. You will now be in service mode.

LCD Factory Menu (Burn In)

Method 1

1. Make sure the monitor is connected to a valid signal.
2. Turn off the monitor.
3. Turn on the monitor whilst holding the 3rd and 4th button from the left.
4. You will now be in factory mode.

Method 2

1. Make sure the monitor is connected to a valid signal.
2. Turn off the monitor.
3. Turn on the monitor whilst holding the 3rd and 5th button from the left.
4. You will now be in factory mode.

Method 3

1. Make sure the monitor is connected to a valid signal.
2. Turn off the monitor.
3. Turn on the monitor whilst holding the 2nd button from the left.
4. Once the monitor is on press the 5th button from the left once to enter factory mode.
