Factory Reset Instructions

1. Unplug the power cord from your Sonos device.
2. Press and hold the Join button. While holding the button, reconnect the power cord.
3. Continue holding the Join button until the Status light begins flashing amber and white.
4. Once the factory reset process has completed, the light will flash green.
