Reset

1. Open the cap on the rear side.
2. Push the RESET button for about 2 seconds with a paper-clip or folder object.

Factory Reset

1. Make sure the speaker is turned on
2. Press and hold the {– volume} button and the {power}/{PAIRING} button at the same time for more than 5 seconds until the speaker turns off.
